What is CVRT inspection software?

Does it handle HGV, LCV and PSV vehicle categories?

Yes. Vehicle categories, inspection templates and service intervals differ by class — Overhaul Workshop is configured per vehicle. A PSV inspection doesn't look like an HGV one, and the software doesn't force one into the other.

Can we import our existing job history?

Yes. CSV import for vehicles, customers, and prior job records is part of onboarding. We'll help map the fields the first time so the migration is done properly, not half-done.

Does it work on the workshop tablet?

Yes — it's a web app, works on any modern browser. Optimised for tablet use on the workshop floor: big buttons, photo capture, no fiddly menus. Works with gloves on.

Do you integrate with parts suppliers?

Parts are logged per job card with your suppliers' names and codes. Direct integrations with individual suppliers are added case-by-case as customers need them.

How does it link to fleets that also use Overhaul?

Same login, same system. A fleet running Overhaul Fleet and a workshop running Overhaul Workshop can be configured to share vehicle records — the workshop sees live odometer readings, the fleet sees when the truck is next due in.
