What is CVRT inspection software?
Software that captures the pre-CVRT and periodic inspection paperwork the RSA requires operators to keep. In Overhaul: structured inspection framework, defect photos, mechanic sign-off, 15-month retention, PDF export. Built to the standard test centres accept.
Does it handle HGV, LCV and PSV vehicle categories?
Yes. Vehicle categories, inspection templates and service intervals differ by class — Overhaul Workshop is configured per vehicle. A PSV inspection doesn't look like an HGV one, and the software doesn't force one into the other.
Can we import our existing job history?
Yes. CSV import for vehicles, customers, and prior job records is part of onboarding. We'll help map the fields the first time so the migration is done properly, not half-done.
Does it work on the workshop tablet?
Yes — it's a web app, works on any modern browser. Optimised for tablet use on the workshop floor: big buttons, photo capture, no fiddly menus. Works with gloves on.
Does the invoice auto-fill read any invoice?
Digital PDFs from garages and main dealers — verified on Scania, Volvo and Renault dealers and on independents. An unfamiliar layout fills what it can and leaves the rest to you; it never guesses. Photos and scans aren't covered yet.
Do you integrate with parts suppliers?
Parts are logged per job card with your suppliers' names and codes. Direct integrations with individual suppliers are added case-by-case as customers need them.
How does it link to fleets that also use Overhaul?
Same login, same system. A fleet running Overhaul Fleet and a workshop running Overhaul Workshop can be configured to share vehicle records — the workshop sees the current odometer, the fleet sees when the truck is next due in.

The store, counted by the system, not by memory.

Know what's on the shelf.

Every part in and out of the store, logged against the job it went on. No notepad, no stock-take by memory, no arguing with a supplier invoice at the end of the month.

Parts come off the job card.

The mechanic adds a part to the job and the stock moves. One action, not two. The part shows on the customer's invoice and off the shelf at the same time.

Count what's there. Keep the history.

A reconcile is a record, not an overwrite. What the count said, what the system said, who counted it and when — kept, so the third time a part goes missing you can see the pattern instead of guessing.
