Who we are

Overhaul is a product of Elevate Cloud Solutions Limited, trading as Overhaul (registered business name no. 792317). Registered in Ireland, company no. 552007. Registered office: Grange, Ovens, Co. Cork. We are the data controller for anything described here. Contact: contact@overhaul.pro.

What this website collects

No cookies. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

No forms. Every button on the site opens your own email app. Nothing is submitted to us through the website itself.

Server logs. Our host, Netlify, records standard request logs — IP address, browser, page requested, time — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these to identify anyone. Netlify's own privacy terms apply to that data.

Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request. No cookie is set by it.

If you email us

We keep what you send — your name, company, and whatever you tell us about your operation — so we can reply and, if it goes further, quote you. It lives in our email and in our own records. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

If you send us a fuel statement, an invoice or a spreadsheet as part of a demo, we use it to show you your own data and nothing else. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will deal with it inside a month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, dataprotection.ie.

Changes

If this site ever gains analytics, a form or a cookie, this page changes first and the date at the top moves with it.
