What does Overhaul Fleet cover?

The day-to-day running of a haulage fleet: the live dispatch board, driver jobs on the phone, POD on WhatsApp, daily walkarounds, driver and vehicle compliance, fuel-card import and TASCC records. One login, one system.

Is it TASCC-compliant?

Yes. Bulk trailer records, cleaning logs, wash-down history — everything a TASCC auditor asks for is captured and exportable. Built alongside operators running grain and feed compliance in Munster.

How does the WhatsApp POD work?

The driver sends a link via WhatsApp when they arrive. The receiver taps the link, signs on their own phone screen, and submits. No app to install, no account needed. The signed docket lands back in Overhaul in seconds. Works on every phone.

Does Overhaul do the diesel rebate?

It prepares the figures. The Diesel Rebate Scheme report works from the fuel log — qualifying vehicles only, duplicates flagged, bad odometer readings ignored — and exports with the rate used per quarter and what was left out. Your accountant works from that and signs the claim. Overhaul hands over the figures — it doesn't replace your accounts package or your accountant.

Can I try the fuel import with my own statement?

Yes — send us last month's CSV from your fuel card provider and we'll show you your own fills matched to your own trucks. It's the quickest demo we have. One Cork fleet's August: three providers, around 170 rows, roughly 30,000 litres, about a minute per file.

Does Overhaul work for UK hauliers?

Yes. Dispatch, POD, walkarounds, driver compliance, fuel import and TASCC work the same either side of the Irish Sea. Overhaul is built in Cork and used by Irish operators today; the Irish-specific parts are CVRT and the diesel rebate, and the equivalents are on the roadmap for UK customers who need them. TASCC is a UK scheme already — see Overhaul TASCC.
